I'll start with positive aspects: This is a very nice place in a great location. Service was prompt with regular checks during meal. I will not complain about pricing as usually any stake house is relatively expensive as usually you expect also a high meat quality. The not so positive aspects are related exactly to meal quality. While aspect was really good, the quality was far under. First: stake potato - actully frozen French fries, very low quality with a high level of lactose (so if you are lactose alergic please avoid). Stake quality - medium done requested was delivered medium rare, fade taste and difficult to chew - totally unexpected for the dry aging procedure and expectation considering the web description.
An amazing place for American food. All the dishes we trook were delicious. We tried the Phillip cheeseburger, the buffalo wings and the grilled shrimp tacos, all of them were great. For dessert we took the cheese cake which was also very good. We will probably come again soon 😊
Nice American restaurant with lots of interesting food and drink options. I had the cheeseburger and the quesadilla starter, as well as an IPA. The service was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Critique would be that the food was maybe a little bit too expensive for what you get and that there are no American sodas.

Probably the best burger place in Gratz. the aged cheddar on the bacon cheeseburger makes it worth it, the truffle fries are seasoned to perfection, I personally wouldn't recommend the chilly cheese fries due to what them using nacho sauce cheese on them.
Ambience looks and feels very upscale and you are pampered accordingly, food is good without being expensive.
Solid simple burgers (served medium rare to rare if one so desires), fries (with skin on!) perfectly crispy on the outside and velvety on the inside.
Even the brownie was very good (and huge).
Can definitely recommend if you're hungry and want some quality American cuisine.
Burgers look very good but there is no taste. The cheese wasn't even melted.
But I can suggest the chilli cheese fries. The fries are good.
Visited Thursday late afternoon and we barely got a place for two, so reservations are basically a must.
That has two reasons, firstly the restaurant is small and secondly it is fantastic.
The furniture and decor is nice, staff is super friendly and quick, the beer specialities are really good and somewhat exotic and last but not least the food is delicious.
My friend had a Bacon Cheeseburger with fries, which he really liked, but I decided against a burger because I never had Spicy Ahi Poke and Kirbys is the only place in Graz I've ever seen it on the menu so I had to try it and I wasn't disappointed. The Spicy sauce was very spicy, so I only used a small amount but otherwise the taste was amazing, you probably have to be into sushi to like it, but I will definitely go there again soon.
Overall Kirbys definitely attracts a younger crowd, I'd say it's a bit of a Hipster-place, but hey that's not a bad thing and the fantastic food makes me recommend it to everyone.
